- 175 g unsalted butter

- 115 g self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

- 8 oz semi sweet chocolate buttons
- 6 oz heavy cream
- 2 oz unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
