Ingredients
- 500 g Korean rice cakes
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- ½ tablespoon gochugaru
- 1 medium carrot, thinly cut in strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced thinly
- 3 stalks green onion, cut into 3 inches long strips
- 1 cup fish cakes
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
