Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers

Crispy bacon wrapped around gooey grilled cheese fingers makes for a deliciously indulgent snack or appetizer that’s perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • Optional: ketchup or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Cut each slice of bread and cheese into 3 equal strips to make ‘fingers’.
  3. Butter one side of each bread strip.
  4. Place a cheese strip between two bread strips, buttered sides out, making grilled cheese fingers.
  5. Wrap each grilled cheese finger tightly with one slice of bacon.
  6. Secure the bacon with toothpicks if needed.
  7. Grill the bacon wrapped cheese fingers, turning frequently, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 8-10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle a little garlic powder or smoked paprika on the bread before grilling.
