Bang Bang Salmon

Bang Bang Salmon is a flavorful and spicy dish featuring tender salmon fillets coated in a creamy, zesty bang bang sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and crispy on the edges, then remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic to create the bang bang sauce.
  5. Brush the sauce generously over the cooked salmon fillets.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately with steamed rice or a fresh salad.

Notes

For extra heat, add more sriracha or serve with sliced jalapeños on the side.
