  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly butter a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper over medium heat until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Unroll the Pillsbury crescent roll dough and separate into triangles as directed on the package.
  4. Place a small spoonful of scrambled eggs, some chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each crescent starting at the wide end and curve slightly to form a crescent shape.
  6. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute bacon with sautéed mushrooms or spinach. Serve with fresh fruit or a side of salsa for extra flavor.
