Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt Bites

Delight in these creamy, bite-sized frozen yogurt treats featuring safe-to-eat cookie dough chunks, perfect as a guilt-free dessert or snack.

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and heat-treated flour to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt.
  6. Combine the cookie dough mixture with the yogurt until evenly incorporated.
  7. Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Store the frozen yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy chilled.

Notes

For an extra indulgent treat, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the frozen bites before serving.
