  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, mix panko breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Dip each chicken tender first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko-Parmesan mixture.
  6. Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Fry chicken tenders in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Drain cooked tenders on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  9. Serve the crispy chicken tenders warm with the prepared dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, let the breaded chicken tenders rest for 10 minutes before frying to help the coating set.
