This Crustless Bacon Cheese Quiche is a rich, savory dish combining smoky bacon and melted cheese in a fluffy egg custard, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, and green onions.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
