  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and mushrooms to the skillet; stir to combine.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender and mushrooms are browned.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley and lemon juice.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish or light main course.
