Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
  5. Brush the chicken thighs with BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of grilling, turning once more to caramelize the sauce.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve warm.

Notes

For extra smoky flavor, soak wood chips in water and add them to the grill before cooking.
