Keto Cottage Cheese Chips

Crispy and savory keto-friendly cottage cheese chips make a perfect low-carb snack that’s easy to prepare and deliciously satisfying.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading each slightly into thin circles about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  5. Remove from oven and allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet to crisp up further.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with chili flakes before baking or dip the chips in guacamole or sour cream.
