This creamy and spiced No Bake Eggnog Pie blends classic holiday flavors into a smooth, easy-to-make dessert perfect for festive gatherings.

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup whipped topping, divided
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and continue to beat until creamy and combined.
  3. Gradually pour in eggnog while mixing to blend well.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping and ground nutmeg until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping over the pie and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Notes

For an extra boozy kick, add 2 tablespoons of rum or bourbon to the filling mixture before chilling.
