  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
