  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey into a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle shredded coconut on top if desired.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical smoothie!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add a frozen banana or more ice cubes. You can also substitute coconut milk with almond milk for a lighter version.
