This Pistachio Lush Dessert is a creamy, nutty layered treat combining pistachio pudding, whipped cream, and crushed nuts for a luscious indulgence perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together instant pistachio pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Gently fold pistachio pudding into the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture.
  5. In a 9×9 inch dish, spread half of the crushed vanilla wafers evenly on the bottom.
  6. Layer half of the pudding mixture over the crushed wafers and sprinkle with half of the chopped pistachios.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining wafers, pudding mixture, and pistachios.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy your Pistachio Lush Dessert.

Notes

For an extra special touch, drizzle melted white chocolate on top before serving or garnish with whole pistachios.
