Pumpkin Fluff is a light, creamy dessert perfect for fall, combining pumpkin puree with whipped cream and warm spices for a deliciously airy treat.

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon or chopped nuts.

Notes

For added texture, garnish with toasted pecans or serve alongside ginger snap cookies.
