Ranch Taco Party Bowl

This Ranch Taco Party Bowl combines savory seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and creamy ranch dressing to create a flavorful and easy-to-assemble meal perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer until well coated and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice as the base.
  4. Top rice with seasoned ground beef evenly distributed.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, black olives, and green onions on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the vegetables.
  7. Drizzle ranch dressing generously over the entire bowl.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Ranch Taco Party Bowl!
