  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 4-5 quart crockpot with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Place pretzels in the crockpot and cover with white chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
  3. Cover crockpot with lid and set to low heat.
  4. Allow the chips to melt, stirring gently every 10–15 minutes until fully melted and combined with pretzels, about 30-45 minutes total.
  5. Once melted and combined, stir in chopped pecans if using.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the crockpot and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  7. Remove from crockpot using parchment paper overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
