Winter Berry Punch

A refreshing and naturally sweet Winter Berry Punch bursting with mixed berries and citrus flavors, perfect for cozy gatherings and holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Orange and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the mixed frozen berries, cranberry juice, orange juice, and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Stir well and let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  3. Just before serving, add the sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
  4. If desired, sweeten the punch with honey or maple syrup, stirring until dissolved.
  5. Serve the punch over ice in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves and citrus slices.

Notes

For an adult version, add a splash of vodka or rum. To make it extra festive, freeze some berries in the ice cubes beforehand.
